Returns and Refunds

Return window

Most unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be clean, unused, unmodified, and returned with included accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase where applicable.

Items not eligible for return

Used balls, worn apparel, opened grip tape, customized products, gift cards, and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrived defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect.

Items showing wear, misuse, odor, modification, missing accessories, or damage after delivery may be refused or refunded only in part.

How to start a return

Customers should contact LEANGEL VONIX Support through the Contact page before sending any item back.

The return request should include the order number, customer email, item name, reason for return, and photos when the item is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns, including size, color, fit, or changed-mind returns.

If the return is caused by a LEANGEL VONIX fulfillment error or an item arrives defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect, LEANGEL VONIX will provide a reasonable return or replacement path.

Inspection and refunds

Returned items are inspected after arrival. Refund approval depends on eligibility, item condition, included accessories, and return evidence.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically submitted within 5 to 10 business days after inspection, and the customer's bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled based on product availability.

When a direct exchange is not available, the customer may return an eligible item and place a new order for the replacement item.

Order cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order has shipped. Cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment has started.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process if eligible.
