Covered products and period
LEANGEL VONIX paddles and bags are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the delivery date.
Balls, grip tape, apparel, towels, accessories, and other consumable products may have different warranty coverage or no warranty coverage unless stated on the product page.
Covered defects
Warranty coverage applies to defects that occur under normal recreational use.
Examples may include structural manufacturing defects, premature seam failure, or material separation not caused by misuse or ordinary wear.
Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover misuse, impact abuse, normal wear, cosmetic scuffs, edge guard wear, heat damage, water damage, modification, unauthorized repair, improper storage, or commercial/rental use.
No product is represented as injury-proof, performance-guaranteed, or suitable for every player, league, or event.
How to submit a warranty request
Customers should contact LEANGEL VONIX Support through the Contact page with the order number, purchase date, product name, defect description, and clear photos.
Additional photos of serial numbers, identifying marks, packaging, or the affected area may be requested.
Available remedies
If a claim is approved, LEANGEL VONIX may offer repair, replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate remedy.
The remedy may depend on evidence, product availability, purchase record, and applicable law.
