Shipping Policy
Processing times, delivery estimates, shipment tracking, delays, and package issue handling.
Where we ship
LEANGEL VONIX currently ships customer orders within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time. If international shipping is added later, duties, taxes, carrier options, and delivery restrictions will be disclosed before checkout.
Processing time
Orders are normally processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after the order is accepted and payment is authorized.
Delivery estimates
Standard shipping is estimated at 5 to 8 business days after processing.
Expedited shipping, when available, is estimated at 2 to 4 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on carrier service, destination, weather, holidays, and other events outside our control.
Tracking
When a shipping label is created, customers receive tracking information using the email address provided at checkout.
Carrier tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the package is accepted by the carrier.
Shipping delays and cancellation
If we cannot ship an accepted order within the stated processing time, we will notify the customer and provide an updated timing option or a cancellation path where required.
Orders that have not yet shipped may be eligible for cancellation. Once an order has shipped, the return policy applies.
Lost, damaged, or missing packages
Customers should contact LEANGEL VONIX Support through the Contact page within 7 days of carrier delivery for damaged packages or missing items.
For packages that appear lost, customers should contact LEANGEL VONIX Support within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Photos of packaging, labels, damaged items, and carrier status may be requested to help resolve the issue.
