Eligibility
By using the LEANGEL VONIX storefront, customers represent that they can form a binding agreement under applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate account, shipping, billing, and contact information.
Product information
We work to present product descriptions, dimensions, images, prices, promotions, and availability accurately.
Errors may occur. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders where permitted by law.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and the order is confirmed for fulfillment.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. LEANGEL VONIX does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.

We may limit, suspend, or refuse access where we believe site use violates these terms or applicable law.

Customers may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit site materials without permission.
Product and safety disclaimers
No product is guaranteed to prevent injury, improve athletic results, or qualify for every event, league, or tournament.
Customers are responsible for using products safely and checking event or league rules where product eligibility matters.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEANGEL VONIX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the storefront or products.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
